Artisan Miniature Dollhouse Doll Original Marcia Backstrom Sculpt Sad Ophelia Introducing Lady Evelyn, a one-of-a-kind miniature dollhouse lady. A Victorian vision of elegance, she has refined features, striking blue eyes, and a captivating beauty mark. Her blonde hair is styled with classic elegance, and delicate pearl earrings frame her face perfectly. Clad in a stunning black and gold floral print dress, adorned with coordinating silk ribbons and lace. A dramatic black silk hat, embellished with lavender hued silk flowers and trims, completes her enigmatic ensemble. Sculpted brown Victorian boots complete her look, adding a touch of understated elegance. This mysterious beauty is destined to become the centerpiece of any dollhouse collection. Made from an original, one-of-a-kind, vintage clay sculpt by the talented miniaturist, Marcia Backstrom. She has been wigged, painted and dressed by the international doll artist, and my personal friend, Dana Burton, as an exclusive and unique dollhouse character doll for Madam Magpie Dolls. We purchased Marcia Backstrom’s studio from Marcia’s mother. Marcia left behind a collection of her original sculpts and it is our endeavor to bring them all to life over the coming years.
