It can withstand the high temperature during the print curing and heat press. 👍 Thickness: The thickness of DTF transfer film is 75 microns, which provides more stability and durability than thinner film. 👍 Coatings: The PET film is coated with a heat-activated coating layer on the printing side, make it a simple process to heat press the printed patterns onto the garment. 👍 Versatility: The DTF transfer film can be used to print on a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even some difficult-to-print materials like nylon and leather. 👍 No Pretreatment Required: Unlike some other transfer methods, DTF printing does not require the fabric to be pretreated, streamlining the production process and reducing the amount of preparation needed. DTF (Direct-to-film) is used in T-shirt printing. It prints patterns on pretreated film and transfers the print, covered with adhesive powder, onto fabrics. It prints colored inks with a white ink base which allows the image print to achieve a higher color reproduction compared to other methods such as DTG.
