Selling my collection of 36-cassette tapes consist of majority Maxell type-II chrome and BASF-metal for superior quality recording. The contents were transferred from vinyl during my DJ days. This collection is extremely rare and I mixed the line-ups specifically for weddings, parties, dances etc. This is a one-of-a-kind remixes by me as club-style non-stop play utilizing old-skool turntables, vinyl records and a mixer. The music was recorded from one of Nakamichi’s best 3-head BX-300 tape deck in my fully-equipped studio. My style of mixing is beat-on-beat precision and dead-on with some live sampling! Samples of my mixes can be found on YouTube under “Ubiquitubes” go check it out! To build a collection of this magnitude will take hundreds of hours if not years to complete. A plethora of top A to Z artists’ names are here. Eras from early 50’s to maybe late 80’s. Ample of one hit wonders popular radio play as well as hard to find rare grooves are presented here. This collection is ideal for mature sophisticated music enthusiasts. No heavy selection is found here. Comes each reel in a protected rare plastic case complete with or without the custom made 3-section antique looking light wood shelvings with bottom castors (optional). This library consists of a total 114 RCA brand 7 inch reel to reel analog tapes recorded in Normal mode at 3 3/4 ips [inch per second] directly from vinyls which preserves the integrity of warm and uncompressed analog sound. Also included in the sale are 2 black 6-ring mini books painstakingly hand written all infos, numbered, indexed, titles, artist and other pertinent particulars of the collection. Let alone the unique hard plastic shells are hard to come by and if purchased individually in this mint condition would be in the upwards of $10 plus each, if one can even find them in quantity would be next to improbable. Presumably, majority of the tapes may not even be completely full of recorded materials and only one pass recording and can be re-recorded over with minimal or no audible dynamic loss.
